Working with the Coleman team significantly enhanced our healthcare delivery operations, addressing daily challenges and benefiting both our teams and patients. Through this collaboration, we identified several unique variables that led to proactive strategies for improving access and efficiency. These organic improvements spearheaded by our team members resulted in a notable growth of more than 9% in patient numbers within the first year.
In the second year since our work, we have integrated a primary care health system into our center through acquisition.
