High Impact Management Program (HIMP)
The High Impact Management Program (HIMP) offers a comprehensive leadership development track, focusing on having the conversations you have always needed to have. Topics include goal-setting, accountability, data-driven decision-making, team building, high and low performers, and emotional intelligence. This program complements organizational transformation efforts like the DPI™ Collaborative or Rapid DPI™. Through a four-month training journey, managers are equipped with essential skills, tools, and frameworks, fostering improved communication, accountability, and team dynamics, with optional components like Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) training available for deeper insights into team dynamics.
Step-in Management
Did you lose a leader in a key position? Are you struggling to gain momentum with a leader who rose up through the ranks and perhaps needs more time or space to learn how to lead and manage? Need someone to step in now and get the job done? Or do you want to take a little time to rethink an open position and the skills needed while maybe getting a boost in that area in the interim?
Coleman provides Step-In Management services for periods from three months to a year to help support operational and quality improvement and supplement executive leadership.
Dyad Training
The root of many challenges on the clinic floor is the chasm between clinical leads and administrative leads.
