We worked with Access Community Health in Chicago in a DPI Collaborative. Their Regional Medical Director, Dr. Daneen Woodard demonstrates receiving a midway knock from her MA, Lupita.

In the video, Dr. Woodard refers to “tetris-ing the schedule” (a Coleman Associates Jockeying the Schedule) that can help reduce missed opportunities and make a smoother day for all health center staff and especially patients.
