We have made some very impressive improvements in several areas of our daily operations thanks to the DPI™ Collaborative Model that your company used with us. We are implementing these concepts in our other Departments in 2020, now that our Medical Departments have DPI™ firmly entrenched in their daily practices.

Thanks again for a great partnership this past year and the 9 months we spent with you and your team really went by very quickly. The whole program was executed very professionally and effectively by you and your team and we are so much further down the road now with transforming our daily practices that I ever thought was imaginable. Great job and the Quality Funds from HRSA that we used to help fund our partnership with Coleman Associates in 2019 was money very well spent from our perspective!
