MHA, Coach, Process Redesigner, Trainer. Quad Cities, Iowa. Sharae Huff worked for a bi-state Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) as a quality director and COO. She led initiatives that improved clinical outcomes, resulting in numerous national quality and disparity reducer awards. She engaged the Coleman Associates team to help dramatically improve the patient experience through the DPI™ collaborative. She shares the Coleman Associates’ passion for serving those who may not have access to care elsewhere and delivering it in a truly patient-centered way. 

In her time with Coleman Associates, she has worked as a coach and trainer in both Dramatic Performance Improvement (DPI™) Collaboratives and Rapid Dramatic Performance Improvement (DPI™), coached other health center operations deep dives,  and developed training programs for leadership dyads and Chief Health Officers. 

In her downtime, you can find Sharae at a live music venue, reading books, or spending time outdoors with her spouse, Cory, kids, Taylor and Caden, and furkids, Wrigley and Thor.
