MSN, FNP. Process Redesigner & Trainer. Santa Fe, New Mexico, and Sarasota, Florida. For 15 years, Pamela worked as an RN in labor and delivery, infection control, and home health before becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner. As an FNP, she worked at La Familia Health Center in Santa Fe, and then in 2003, she was the redesign team leader at Women’s Health Services, also in Santa Fe. Pamela is a Coaching Extraordinaire who often trains new Chispas on coaching. She has been an extremely passionate and versatile team member serving on PVR, Patient-Centered Scheduling, Rapid DPI™, and Deep Dive Expert Teams. Pamela is fluent in Spanish, an avid hiker and loves to travel. She totally adores her two daughters, Molly and Nina, and three granddaughters.
